Return Policy

Tacticalscalper sells superfoods and plant extract products from Greve, Denmark. This policy explains returns for those goods for consumers in Denmark and, where EU consumer rules apply, in other member states.

Eligible items

Unopened jars, pouches, capsules, and drops in original packaging qualify when Danish labels and lot codes are intact, because we must trace batches handled at Hundigevej 79.

Return window

Under Danish consumer sale rules for distance contracts, you may normally withdraw within fourteen days of receiving physical goods, subject to exceptions for sealed goods that are not suitable for return once opened. Contact us within that window to start a return of eligible sealed superfood products.

Refund timing table

Opened powders, blends, or capsules cannot be returned once the seal is broken, for food safety and traceability under Danish retail practice.
